This brand is part of Simplicity Pattern company, but they are also available in their own store.
A Maccall subsidiary, the KwikSew patterns have patterns for all sizes, even very large sizes. Their collection of menswear, especially their casual wear collection for men, is very much in demand. They have a great collection of patterns for children, men, lingerie, swimwear, activewear, and fleece.
Butterick is a line of patterns with very casual everyday clothes which are easy to sew. They have patterns by many designers in their collection.
Butterick and Vogue are subsidiaries of the same company. Vogue Patterns are dressier and stylish than Butterick patterns. Major Fashion designers are behind most of the Vogue patterns. They have a great collection of Jackets and evening wear which are very stylish and glamorous.
A family pattern company owned by a mother-daughter duo, this pattern store has great swimwear and other sportswear patterns under their belt.
This is a Canadian pattern company founded by Kristiann Boos and includes many stylish garments which are easy to sew.

I would like to mention that there are many independent pattern sellers online that sell patterns that are currently being published, as well as older ones that are now out of print yet still stylish. I sell sewing patterns as MoonwishesSewingandCrafts.com via the eCRATER.com venue and also on Amazon as well. And there are many more like me! I started selling patterns when I noticed back over 15 years ago many letters to the editors of both Vogue Pattern magazine (now defunct) and Threads magazine (alive and well) all complained of not being able to find the pattern for a project that they featured in an earlier issue. I decided I would try to help supply those needs. Between my two stores, I have well over 10,000 sewing patterns listed with a backlog that I can’t ever seem to get control of! 🙂 Helping to support small sellers such as we help us to make it financially if we are otherwise on a very limited income. I would like to find a pattern for a “mother of the bride dress”–
long dress, 3/4 sleeve, classic look such as Grace Kelly or Audrey Hepburn.
